Submitting a genetic sample to the Mondor Amyloidosis Network

Doctors may send their amyloidosis patients’ samples to the Genetics Department at Henri Mondor CHU, which is led by Prof Benoit Funalot. If you wish to do this, please contact Prof Benoit Funalot’s secretary who will explain the process (a form requesting an investigation of the mutated TTR gene, consent, delivery). If your enquiry concerns a healthy carrier or a relation, we suggest you follow the procedure for genetic counselling.
