Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le centre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des Neuropathies Amylo\u00efdes Familiales et Autres Neuropathies P\u00e9riph\u00e9riques Rares (NNERf) \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie propos\u00e9e par la HAS.
