En fonction de votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et de votre type d\u2019amylose, vous pourrez \u00eatre directement pris en charge en cardiologie, neurologie, h\u00e9matologie ou n\u00e9phrologie. Il existe plusieurs types de structure : Consultation courte, Consultation longue (SOS Amylose C\u0153ur), H\u00f4pital de jour, Hospitalisation conventionnelle. Cette consultation SOS nous permet de prendre rapidement en charge les patients ayant une suspicion d\u2019amylose cardiaque et de r\u00e9aliser un premier bilan (prise de sang, biopsies des glandes salivaires) afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir la cause de l\u2019amylose et pr\u00e9parer les examens adapt\u00e9s pour une prochaine hospitalisation, si n\u00e9cessaire, afin que celle-ci soit la mieux adapt\u00e9e et la plus courte possible.
