Ces signes peuvent appara\u00eetre plusieurs ann\u00e9es avant les sympt\u00f4mes cardiaques.<\/li><li><strong>E \u2013 Essoufflement<\/strong> inexpliqu\u00e9 lors d\u2019efforts simples ou habituels.<\/li><li><strong>P \u2013 Prise de poids rapide<\/strong>, li\u00e9e \u00e0 une r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau.<\/li><li><strong>O \u2013 \u0152d\u00e8mes<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire gonflement des jambes et des chevilles.<\/li><li><strong>F \u2013 Fatigue inhabituelle et persistante<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quente chez les femmes et parfois premier signe de la maladie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Lorsque <strong>plusieurs de ces signes apparaissent apr\u00e8s 65 ans<\/strong>, il est important d\u2019en parler \u00e0 un m\u00e9decin.
